Company history
The company Spreewälder Werkzeugbau + Kunststofftechnik SWK GmbH was founded in 1992 in Lübbenau/Spreewald, approx. 80 km south of Berlin. With an initial staff of three, production began in a converted LPG. As early as 1994 was the successful certification according to DIN EN ISO 9001-2008.
Since 1995, the entire product range from injection molding and extrusion dies to manufacture of plastic parts and profiles is covered.
In October 2008, the GmbH was converted by the purchase of Mr. Kai-Uwe Petersen to a GmbH & Co. KG. The production and business activities have not changed substantially.
70 employees in three-shift system provide today for the custom implementation of the orders.
